Certificaten
De Europese EN- normen geven een overzicht en omschrijvingen van de soorten documenten die bij de bestelling van metalen producten kunnen worden gevraagd. Wanneer een waarborg wordt verlangd met betrekking tot de identificatie van het materiaal, is een keuringsdocument (certificaat of attest) noodzakelijk en moet deze kunnen worden overlegd om aan te tonen dat de levering aan de gestelde eisen voldoet.
In de basis zijn er drie soorten certificaten: het zogenaamde 2.2 certificaat, 3.1 certificaat en het 3.2 certificaat.
Het 2.2 certificaat is een fabriekscontrole-attest of ook wel leveranciersverklaring genoemd. Met deze verklaring onderschrijft de Leverancier dat voldaan wordt aan de bestelling met opgave van de resultaten van de niet nader voorgeschreven keuring. (nominale mechanische evenals chemische waarden zijn gespeci ceerd in de hiervoor geldende EN normen)
Een 3.1 certificaat is een keuringsrapport opgesteld door de fabrikant. Waarin de chemische samenstelling als mechanische waarden gespecifceerd zijn.
Een 3 .2 certificaat is een keuringsrapport welke opgesteld wordt door een fabrieksinspecteur als wel door een vertegenwoordiger van een officiële keuringsinstantie, zoals bijv. Lloyd's Register Group, Germanischer LIoyd, Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Rina, Etc.
Een aantal fabrieken mogen conform deze standaard produceren. Mocht dit gewenst zijn dient dit bij opdracht kenbaar gemaakt te worden. Een keuring achteraf, op basis van de bij ons aanwezige halffabricaten is ook mogelijk en kan volledig door Garfield Aluminium verzorgd worden.
EN 1090 / CE verklaring
Sinds 1 juli 2014 is het wettelijk verplicht voor stalen en aluminium constructiedelen die belasting dragend in een permanent bouwwerk worden ingezet en in het handelsverkeer worden gebracht binnen de EU een CE-verklaring op te stellen. Dit in het kader van de Verordening Bouwproducten (CPR) en de Europees geharmoniseerde productnorm EN 1090-1. Om de CE-markering te mogen aanbrengen dienen bedrijven te voldoen aan de eisen die omschreven zijn in de norm EN 1090, volgens het fabrieksproductiebeheersing systeem (FPC). Voor materialen welke gebruikt worden binnen deze constructies is traceerbaarheid noodzakelijk en is het kunnen overleggen van bijbehorend materiaal certificaat een must. Garfield Aluminium hanteert voor alle door haar geleverde producten een sluitende batch registratie. Hiermee is gewaarborgd dat het juiste product certificaat op verzoek meegeleverd kan worden.
The European EN standards provides an overview of the types of documents, that can be provided when ordering metal products. When a deposit is required with regard to the identification of of the material, a test document (certificate) is necessary and must be provided to show that the delivery meets the requirements.
Basically there are three kinds of certificates: the so-called 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2 certificate.
The 2.2 certificate is a Mill control certificate, also known as a supplier’s declaration. With this declaration the Supplier meets the order stating the results of the unspecified prescribed inspection. (nominal mechanical as well as chemical values are specified in the EN standards)
A 3.2 certificate is a test report which is prepared by a Mill inspector as by a representative of an official body, such as e.g. LIoyd, Germanischer Lloyd’s Register Group, Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Rina, Etc.
Some Mills are allowed to produce with this standard. If this is required it must be ordered beforehand. An inspection afterwards, on the basis of our present semifinished products is also possible and can be arranged entirely by Garfield Aluminium
EN 1090/CE Declaration
Since the first of July 2014 it is legally required to have CE Declaration for steel and aluminium structural parts that is bearing in a permanent construction and traded within the EU. In the context of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and the European harmonized product standard EN 1090-1. The CE marking applies companies to comply with the requirements met in EN 1090, according to the Factory Production Control (FPC) system. For materials which are used within these constructions is traceability is a necessity and is the production of associated material certificate can a must. Garfield Aluminium is using for all traded products a closing batch registration. This is to ensure that the right certificate can be provided.
